If not, then you really have missed out on an inspired piece of chocolate confectionery that was surely created during the acid-drenched 70's. How else would anyone some up with the conceopt of a long thin strip of caramel covered chocolate that just ends up in a kind of crazy curl heaven for no particular reason?
